A well-established engineering consultancy based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced and driven Civil Design Engineer to join their team in a permanent capacity. With a strong pipeline of residential and industrial subdivision projects already secured, and more on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a secure and rewarding role with long-term prospects.
The Opportunity:
Working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design of subdivision projects, covering:
- Water and sewer reticulation
- Earthworks design
- Road and pavement design
- Stormwater drainage
- Open space and landscape interfaces
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- NER (National Engineering Register) accreditation (required)
- CPEng status (preferred but not essential)
- Solid experience in the design of residential and industrial subdivisions in Victoria
- Strong working knowledge of relevant local authority standards
- Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a close-knit team
