Role
The relevant role is a Contract Administrator position in a hybrid environment between site and an office location in Bendigo and will involve responsibilities such as:
- Letting and vetting subcontractor packages
- Managing project costs and tracking financials
- Maintaining accurate and keeping documentation up to date
- Drafting and modifying scope of works
- Liaze with project team and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of Contract Administrator experience with a Tier 1-3 Commercial Headcontractor
- Previous Government project experience desired
- Live nearby or looking to relocate to Bendigo region
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A driven, motivated and team player attitude
- Proficient with Cheops and ProcurePro software's ideally
