ROLE:
The relevant role is an office based Contract Administrator position which involves working across multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting documentation to secure approvals
- Conducting on-site inspections with trades
- Coordinating and negotiating trade pricing for projects
- Developing detailed cost reports
- Assist with tendering and procurements
RERQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Contract Administrating experience delivering D&C Fitout and Refurbishment projects
- Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Procore, Jonas Premier software experience ideally
- Unlimited Australian working rights
