This company is a well established Tier 2 business that is well sought after in the market and known for delivering a combination of new build and fitout/refurbishment projects across the Healthcare, Education, Pharmaceutical and Community sectors up to $40M.
After a successful end to the year securing two new projects, and being shortlisted for much more work due to being awarded in early 2026, this business is looking for established Contract Administrators to join their high performing team.
Role
The relevant role is a Contract Administrator position predominately in a site-based capacity and will involve responsibilities such as:
- Vetting and letting subcontractor packages
- Drafting up program and scope
- Managing financials of project and budgets
- Liazing with Project Manager and relevant site staff
- Ensure all documentation remains updated and relevant
Requirements
- Contract Administrator experience for a Tier 1-3 headcontractor
- Experience delivering projects across the Health, Pharma, Education or Lab sectors in excess of $5M
- Ideally proficient with Jobpac, Aconex and ProcurePro softwares
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
