Role
The relevant role is a Design Manager position based primarily from an office location in Docklands and will involve:
- Coordinate and manage the design process of projects
- Engage and manage external consultants and relevant stakeholders
- Develop construction management plans
- Identify and mitigate any potential design risks
- Ensure design and buildability of project align with scope
Requirements
- Relevant Architectural tertiary qualification
- 2+ years of Design Manager experience for a commercial contractor
- 5+ years of experience for an Architectural practice
- Previous Industrial experience heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Unlimited Australian working rights
