Your New Role
As Development Manager, you’ll join a high-performing development team and work closely with in-house design, planning, and construction professionals — truly operating as one integrated project team.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end development role, offering genuine exposure across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Site Acquisition
- Feasibility Analysis
- Program & Risk Management
- Design Management
- Town Planning & Approvals
- Sales & Marketing (Off-the-Plan)
- Construction Delivery
- Settlement & Defects Management
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in Development Management, ideally across large-scale residential and/or mixed-use apartment developments (100 to 150 is their sweet spot)
- Demonstrated experience in Victoria, to ensure familiararity of the Victorian Planning Scheme.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management frameworks, and budgeting/scheduling methodologies
- Exposure to Off-the-Plan sales and marketing is highly regarded
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
