Role
The relevant role is an office based Estimator position for a South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne location and will involve responsibilities such as:
- Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders
- Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Developing budgets and monitor project costs
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
Requirements
- 5+ years of Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Proficient with Cubit, Cubit Select, Bluebeam and MS Packages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, collaborative and determined attitude
