Role
This business is seeking experienced Estimators to work within their Estimating team of four based from a Docklands office location.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
- 3+ years of headcontractor Fitout and Refurbishment experience
- Previous Design & Construct experience (D&C) favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and determined mindset
- Proficient with Cubit software
- Unlimited Australian working rights
