ROLE:
The relevant role is an office based Estimator position based in Richmond and will involve responsibilities such as:
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
- Prepare and assist with takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Working across tenders simultaneously and independently
- Previous Estimator experience for a commercial head contractor
- Government project experience heavily favorable
- Proficient with Cubit software
- Ability to work on multiple tenders simultaneously and independently
- Team player mindset and strong interpersonal skills
