The role

Seeking an experienced, highly organised, and professional Personal/Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the  Managing Director . This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day management of the Managing Director’s schedule, travel, and administrative requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential matters, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritise the Managing Director’s diary, meetings, and daily schedule
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including complex domestic and international itineraries
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and key internal and external contacts
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Managing Director
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Support process improvements, including reporting efficiencies and reduced manual data handling
About you
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong IT skills and confidence working with reporting tools and data
  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
