What You’ll Do
- Design, assess, and review fire protection systems and solutions across various project types.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, builders, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards, codes, and safety legislation.
- Prepare reports, specifications, compliance documentation, and perform site inspections.
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality, timely engineering deliverables.
- Degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical / Civil / Structural or related Engineering field.
- Professional registration is preferred (e.g. Chartered Engineer or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in fire protection engineering design, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Australian fire codes and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work well in a team, in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
- Flexible working: 5 days in-office, with flexibility when life takes over.
