The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with senior architects and project leaders on large-scale multi-residential towers, contributing across early design, documentation and coordination stages. This role offers genuine pathways for progression, hands-on project exposure, and the chance to develop your technical and design capabilities within a supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with design development and detailed documentation using Revit
- Supporting the delivery of multi-residential tower projects through various project phases
- Coordinating with consultants and contributing to internal team reviews
- Producing accurate, high-quality drawing packages
- Contributing ideas and solutions within a collaborative studio environment
- Architecture degree + 2–3 years’ professional experience
- Exposure to multi-residential or large-scale projects (towers highly desirable)
- Strong Revit capability and familiarity with BIM workflows
- Solid understanding of planning, construction detailing and documentation
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- $80–90k + super (commensurate with experience)
