ROLE:
The relevant role is a Junior Foreman position to work across one of their new projects located in the Melbourne CBD.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, company procedures, and site safety plans
- Assist with quality control, inspections, and defect management
- Maintain site documentation including daily diaries, permits, and SWMS
- Carpentry background required
- Experience in Fitout and Refurbishment for a Head Contractor favorable
- Procore software experience essential
- Ability to work rotational Saturdays
