The Role
Reporting into the operations leadership team, the Logistics / Warehouse Lead will take responsibility for supporting hardware operations and service delivery across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory, stock control, and asset tracking
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics and deliveries
- Supporting light hardware assembly, including PC builds and component configuration
- Preparing equipment for client deployments and internal projects
- Maintaining an organised, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment
- Working closely with technical teams to meet project timelines
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- An interest in IT, hardware, or technology systems
- Solid computer skills and comfort using stock or inventory systems
- A proactive, hands-on attitude suited to a fast-paced environment
- Experience with PC builds or IT hardware (advantageous but not essential)
