We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys collaboration, understands the impact marketing can have on business development and who is excited to take ownership of a brand with a strong presence in the Victorian recruitment market.
You’ll work closely with our Managing Director to shape our marketing plan and then lead its delivery. This is a hands-on role with space for creativity, new ideas, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
You’ll play a key role in elevating Aspect’s presence across digital, brand, and customer engagement channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the MD in developing the marketing strategy and leading its execution
- Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to ensure marketing activity strengthens business development
- Managing multi-channel campaigns that engage and retain clients and candidates
- Overseeing the annual PACE Survey & Report, monthly newsletters and customer satisfaction programs
- Creating and evolving marketing collateral, digital assets and recruitment materials
- Managing website updates, UX improvements and SEO/AEO optimisation
- Producing engaging content across social media, digital channels and internal communications
- Coordinating external suppliers and agencies
- Supporting event marketing, photography and promotional merchandise
- Contributing to new staff onboarding with brand setup and training
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who brings both capability and mindset:
- Experience marketing a service-based business, supporting sales (essential)
- Experience delivering marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to tell a compelling brand story
- Confidence working closely with a recruitment or business development team
- Digital fluency, including experience with AI tools, automation and platforms such as MailChimp, Zapier, Survey Monkey, Canva, LinkedIn and a CRM
- An analytical and curious approach, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
- A collaborative, proactive and values-aligned working style
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or advertising
