About the Role
You’ll be responsible for driving projects from conception through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. This is a great opportunity for an architect who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on diverse project typologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects across aged care, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential sectors
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee project documentation and compliance with building codes/regulations
- Manage design teams and contribute to project resourcing
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Architectural Registration essential
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- 5+ years’ post-graduate experience
- Experience working on medium–large scale projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes
