Are you a technically strong Project Architect who thrives on taking ownership of complex, large scale projects from design development through delivery?
We’re partnering with a leading Melbourne architecture practice known for delivering high-quality multi-residential and mixed-use projects. With a strong pipeline of new work, they’re looking to bring on a Project Architect who can confidently lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive coordination across disciplines.
In this role, you will:
- Lead large-scale multi-residential projects through all stages – from design and documentation to delivery.
- Oversee consultant coordination, town planning, and construction phases to ensure quality outcomes.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and clarity.
- Work hands-on in Revit, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and design intent are maintained.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of designers and documentation staff in a supportive, design-led studio.
- Proven experience delivering multi-residential or large mixed-use projects.
- A deep understanding of local codes, planning, and construction requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Revit capability – confident working hands-on in documentation and coordination.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to lead by example.
