You will be joining the Project Management Consulting arm of a Consultancy/Development business, who have a hugely successful reputation.

Your New Role:
You will be joining the Project Management Consultancy arm of the business as a Project Director, where your role will encompass 3 elements: Direct Project Management, Team Management and Mentorship, and Business Development.
Direct Project Management:
You will be responsible for driving your projects end to end, while also managing more junior staff within their projects, developing key relationships with clients and ensuring projects are delivered successfully across multiple sectors.
Team Management and Mentorship:
This firm want a well-respected member of the industry who cares about helping the next generation of project managers coming through and inspiring them to perform and develop to the best of their abilities.
Business Development:
Alongside this, you will ideally utilize the network you have developed over your career and help to enhance the company’s project pipeline, ideally bringing new areas into the business.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally you will be an experienced Project Director/Manager with over 15 years’ experience within the Construction & Property Industry, where you have developed a strong reputation and successful track record within project and service delivery.
- Experience within the Education Sector would be advantageous.
- Proven experience within team management and team mentorship.
- Business Development ability and a solid network of potential clients.
