Seeking an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to oversee a water infrastructure relocation on an Energy project at a mine site in La Trobe Valley, at a Melbourne-based consultancy.
This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations, as you'll be responsible for the disassembly, relocation, and installation of a wastewater pump station, platform, and walkway.
Hands-on project management experience in the civil engineering sector
Collaborative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
Preferred Requirements:
- Manage the overall project program, including scheduling, design coordination, and stakeholder interface
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Coordinate and oversee the site works for the disassembly, relocation, and installation of the wastewater infrastructure
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Project to effectively plan and track project progress
- Possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction best practices
- Proven track record as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the Civil engineering sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
