The opportunity
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with the Directors and a high-performing, collaborative team. You’ll play a hands-on role across a diverse portfolio, gaining exposure to projects that have a genuine community impact.
Your responsibilities will span project planning, stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and delivery through to completion -ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The consultancy uses Procure as its project management platform; prior experience with Procure is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
- Circa 4+ years’ experience delivering projects in a consultancy or construction environment
- A collaborative, proactive approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving ability
- Sound financial and risk management capability
- Knowledge of the Victorian construction market and Building Codes
- Experience using Procure or similar project management systems is beneficial.
