ROLE:
The relevant role is a Project Manager position which will involve delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid position between relevant site locations throughout Victoria and a South-East office location.
You will be required to:
- Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
- Manage all relevant stakeholders
- Financially astute, complete control of budgets
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Previous Project Manager experience for a headcontractor delivering Community, Industrial or Retail projects
- Team player and willing mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Cheops and MS Packages
- Unlimited Australian working rights
