Founded over 20 years, this long-standing National Fitout and Refurbishment contractor is well known for delivering projects across the Retail, Hospitality, Office and Industrial sectors up to $5M.
Due to recent project awards and a strong pipeline for the year ahead, this business is looking to grow their team with a strong Project Manager at the top of their requirements.
Role
The relevant role is a Project Manager position and will include responsibilities such as:
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, allocated time frame and to the quality agreed as per the scope
- Creating programs and managing all relevant stakeholders
- Managing financials of the project, variations and cost reports
- Communicate with client and senior management consistently
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously between office and relevant site locations
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Project Manager experience for a Fitout/Refurbishment headcontractor
- Previous Hospitality, Retail or Fast Food project experience heavily favourable
- Previous live environment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Procore software and traditional MS Packages
- Unlimited Australian working rights
