The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple façade projects from award to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of commercial window, cladding, and shroud projects
- Coordinating and leading tradesmen, glaziers, and subcontractors
- Liaising with architects, builders, and clients to ensure delivery to specification
- Reading and interpreting drawings, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
- Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Managing site safety and compliance, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial project management within the façade, glazing, or cladding industries
- Strong understanding of windows, aluminium fabrication, and façade systems
- Proven ability to read plans and specifications with high attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Solid organisational and IT capabilities (experience with CAD advantageous but not essential)
- Relevant trade or construction management qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence
