We are working with a design-led Melbourne studio that prides itself on technical rigour as much as great design, and they’re now looking for a Senior Architect to take ownership of quality and delivery across the business.
This isn’t just another project architect role. It’s a studio-wide leadership position where you’ll be the go-to person for documentation excellence, buildability, compliance and construction-stage resolution.
The Role
- Oversee QA across multiple projects — reviewing documentation, tightening workflows and ensuring coordination across teams.
- Support delivery through design resolution, consultant coordination and site-stage problem-solving.
- Lead internal standards across Revit, NCC/BCA compliance and documentation systems.
- Mentor mid-level architects and graduates to lift technical capability across the business.
- Registered (or close to) Architect with 10+ years’ experience across delivery and construction phase services.
- Someone who enjoys diving into the details, the coordination and the "how it gets built" side.
- Strong with Revit and industry standards, confident in liaising with builders and consultants.
