An award-winning Melbourne-based architectural practice specialising in Residential and commercial projects is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Documenter to join their established delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, design-led residential developments, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and project leaders on projects from Design Development through to Construction Documentation.
About the Role
- Lead and deliver detailed Revit documentation on complex residential projects
- Take ownership of documentation packages across multiple stages
- Coordinate drawings with consultants and internal project teams
- Maintain and develop Revit standards, templates, and best practice workflows
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
- Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and issued to programme
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in architectural documentation
- Strong background working on multi-residential / high-rise projects
- Advanced Revit proficiency is essential
- Excellent understanding of Australian building standards and codes
- High level of technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
