Job Title: Estimator
Projects: Government & Institutional up to $130M
Location: Eastern Suburbs
Salary: $120K up to $230K (dependent on experience)
Role:
Our client is seeking an Estimator to join their team in an office-based role. Open to Junior, Intermediate or Senior-level candidates
The successful candidate will work closely with the Estimating Manager, taking responsibility for key estimating functions and relieving the manager of some day-to-day duties. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions
- Managing subcontractor pricing and coordination
- Working across government/institutional tenders up to $130M
- Developing bid strategies with senior stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the broader delivery and pre-construction team
- Ideally Senior or strong Intermediate Estimator with 3–4+ years experience within the Tier 1–3 commercial construction space
- Proficiency with CostX software (preferred)
- Ability to work full-time in an office-based environment
- Strong communication, accuracy and organisational skills
- Motivated, collaborative, and capable of stepping into expanded responsibilities
