- Lead hydraulic services design across a mix of commercial, residential, institutional and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with internal engineers and external stakeholders.
- Undertake modelling, calculations, documentation and compliance checks.
- Review and mentor junior team members.
- Work closely with the business owner/discipline lead who will support sign-off until you are registered.
- Contribute to project strategy, quality assurance and client outcomes.
- Strong building services experience in hydraulic engineering.
- Minimum of 5–10+ years’ experience in consultancy.
- Self-sufficient, able to run projects with minimal supervision.
- Either already registered or actively working towards registration (or open to pursuing it soon).
- Solid technical capability across design, compliance and documentation.
- Someone who enjoys the variety and autonomy of a boutique consultancy environment.
- Salary package $120k–$150k, with flexibility to go higher for an exceptional candidate.
