Are you a highly skilled Architectural Technician looking to take the next step in your career? This Melbourne-based studio is growing and now seeking a Senior Technician to support project delivery across a range of high-quality projects.
The Opportunity You'll work closely with Project Leads and Directors to deliver detailed documentation, coordinate with consultants, and ensure technical excellence across all project stages. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves problem-solving, quality detailing, and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and produce high-quality construction documentation in Revit
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
- Review and improve the quality of documentation sets
- Solve complex construction and detailing challenges
- Support project delivery across DD, CD, and construction stages
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and graduates
- Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and practice protocols
- 6+ years’ experience as an Architectural Technician or similar
- Strong Revit capability across mid–large scale projects
- Deep understanding of construction methods and buildability
- Excellent detailing skills and technical problem-solving ability
- Experience coordinating consultants
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
