Role
The relevant role will involve delivering a $2M Education project in West Melbourne that currently has 6-months left on it's program.
This role will involve responsibilities such as:
- Manage subcontractor and stakeholders
- Create and enforce OH&S procedures
- Quality assurance
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
- Jumping on the tools where required
Requirements
- Previous Site Foreman/Manager experience delivering a project from start to finish
- Previous experience delivering an Education project highly favorable
- Willing to jump on the tools where required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Packages
