Role
The relevant role is a Site Manager position to work across one of their new projects located in the Melbourne CBD spanning up to $4M in value.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Manage site operations and subcontractors
- Drive and maintain OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
- Quality Assurance
- Obtain and check SWMS compliance
Requirements
- Proven Site Manager track record delivering Fitout and Refurbishment projects (ideally D&C) start to finish in excess of $1.5M
- Ability to deliver projects across multiple levels
- Procore and 1breadcrumb software experience
- Ability to work rotational Saturdays
- Full Australian working rights
