Alex joined the team in February 2026, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in specialist recruitment, deep industry knowledge and a well-established network across Australia’s energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Partnering closely with developers, contractors, consultants, and network operators, Alex is known for building long-term relationships and providing a consultative approach to deliver high-quality talent solutions that support the planning, delivery, and operation of critical infrastructure projects.

Alex leads our Energy & Infrastructure recruitment team, specialising in permanent and contract placements spanning renewable generation, grid connection, and major civil and electrical infrastructure projects. He works with organisations across the full project lifecycle, from development and design through to construction delivery and operations, supporting both emerging and established project teams.
