Since joining Aspect in 2011, Sara has made a name for herself as a specialist in sourcing top-tier business support professionals across Victoria’s built and natural environment. Over the past 14+ years, she’s earned a strong reputation with both clients and candidates, known for her deep networks, honest approach, and commitment to long-term outcomes. In recent years, Sara has combined her recruitment role with a broader internal focus – supporting People & Culture initiatives that strengthen our team’s capability and culture. Today, her focus remains on partnering with organisations to recruit business support roles, while her internal P&C work continues to inform her understanding of what great talent looks like.

Sara is Manager of our Business Support Recruitment team , specialising in permanent and contract placements across all levels – from entry to executive – for business support professionals in Victoria.
