Since joining Aspect in 2019, Steph has progressed through a number of roles to become our Operations Manager, playing an integral role in keeping the business running smoothly. Highly organised, pragmatic and people-focused, she works across Aspect’s day-to-day operations, systems, events and internal initiatives, helping to create a great experience for our team, clients and candidates. Steph’s ability to bring people together and turn ideas into action has made her an invaluable part of the Aspect team and culture.
