With more than 15 years’ recruitment experience across Australia and the UK, Zoe leads Aspect’s Architecture & Design Recruitment team. Since joining Aspect in 2023, she has built strong relationships with architecture and design practices across Melbourne, developing a deep understanding of the people, skills and culture that make each studio unique. Known for her proactive, consultative approach and attention to detail, Zoe works closely with both clients and candidates to deliver considered, long-term recruitment outcomes.

Zoe is Manager of our Architecture & Design Recruitment team, specialising in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment from graduate through to senior leadership across Victoria.
