Matt commenced his recruitment career in 2005 at Hays, shortly after graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce. In 2007, he founded Aspect Personnel to challenge the traditional norms of the industry, with a commitment to delivering a transparent, people-first approach to recruitment. With a strong background recruiting in the structural engineering, facades, and infrastructure sectors, Matt has developed deep industry knowledge and a trusted network across the built environment. This experience continues to inform his leadership at Aspect, where he partners with clients to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies that support business growth and long-term success. Outside of Aspect, he contributes his expertise as a Non-Executive Director on multiple boards, including serving as Finance Director and Vice President of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA).
