Sara has built an amazing reputation as both a manager and recruitment consultant within the business support space over the last 12 years, while also playing a significant role in shaping Aspect's culture. In 2022, Sara stepped into a full time People and Culture role where she finds great talent for Aspect, develops career pathways and training for the team, and builds and nurtures our culture.
