Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main client contact and build long-term relationships.
- Manage clear, professional communication
- Participate in internal and external project meetings and clarify requirements early.
- Oversee multiple projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and meet deadlines.
- Track scope changes and negotiate budgets and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Follow up on feedback and ensure clear information flow.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
- Gather client feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Previous experience as a Client Account Manager
- Experience in the architecture, interior design and construction industries will be preferred
- Extremely professional in all situations with the ability to address and resolve client requests and conflict resolution
- Strong relationship building skills, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and efficient
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing priorities
- A desire to work collaboratively and take accountability
