Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable functions
- Process invoices, statements, credit notes and supplier payments
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve queries
- Prepare weekly and monthly ageing reports
- Maintain accurate financial data
- Process fortnightly payroll accurately
- Support month end processes and general accounting tasks
- Assist with continuous improvement of finance processes
- CPA qualified or working towards
- Exposure to manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
