As the Administration assistant you will be supporting the successful delivery of major civil construction works. This role provides essential coordination, documentation, and administrative support across planning, logistics, cost control, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site logistics including material deliveries, truck movements, plant allocation and workforce activities.
  • Monitor construction progress against program milestones and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Support supervisors and project teams in coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
  • Assist with project cost management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
  • Prepare daily cost reports, support estimating activities and assist with subcontractor claims, variations and cost recoveries.
  • Coordinate plant and equipment on/off hire and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications, quality standards and project procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, plant hire companies and project stakeholders
Key Requirements 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role within the construction industry
  • Own transport is needed due to the office location 
  • String communication skills both written and verbal
