We’re working with a leading Melbourne-based architecture practice known for delivering quality multi-residential and commercial projects. They’re seeking a talented Mid-Level Architect or experienced Documenter with strong Revit skills to join their collaborative team.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on producing high-quality documentation and has a solid background working on multi-residential and commercial developments. You’ll be joining a supportive and knowledgeable team that values design intent, technical accuracy, and a positive studio culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed construction documentation in Revit across multi-res and commercial projects
- Work closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality output
- Coordinate documentation packages through town planning, tender and construction phases
- Contribute to problem-solving during documentation and on-site coordination stages
- 5–8 years' experience in architectural documentation, ideally within multi-res or commercial sectors
- High proficiency in Revit – with examples of construction documentation
- Strong knowledge of BCA/NCC and local construction methods
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of drawing packages and meet deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent
