This role is suited to a technically strong Architect who has led projects end-to-end and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retail projects from concept through to construction
- Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
- Deliver high-quality documentation in Revit
- Oversee DA/BA approvals and compliance
- Manage project programmes, budgets and deliverables
- Provide construction phase services and site coordination
- Mentor junior team members where required
- Registered Architect (or eligible in WA)
- 6+ years’ experience in architectural practice
- Demonstrated experience leading retail projects (supermarkets, large format retail, liquor, specialty retail highly regarded)
- Advanced Revit proficiency (essential)
- Strong technical documentation and detailing skills
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
