This position will see you involved across project leadership, documentation, consultant coordination and client management, working closely with directors and internal teams from concept through to delivery.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of childcare, commercial and public sector projects
- Manage projects through all phases from design through to construction
- Coordinate consultants, clients and stakeholder groups
- Produce and oversee high-quality documentation packages
- Attend client meetings, council meetings and site visits
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio leadership
- Work collaboratively across a supportive and design-focused team
- Registered Architect or experienced Project Architect
- Proven experience delivering childcare, education or public projects locally
- Strong understanding of local codes, compliance and authority approvals
- Excellent documentation and project delivery capability
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Salary up to $120K + Super
- Hybrid working arrangement – 1–2 days office based in West Melbourne, remainder WFH
