The role:
They are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly organised professional to autonomously coordinate end to end bids nationally. This is a demanding and fast-paced role, requiring an individual who can remain composed under pressure while effectively managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Independently manage submissions and other outward proposals including EOIs, RFTs, capability statements, etc
- Format, draft and review all proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistent with branding and quality standards
- Coordinate and maintain marketing materials
- Maintain databases and libraries
- Interpret briefs and draft responses
- Manage the template library
- Engage key stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the continuous improvement of templates, marketing material and collateral.
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in bids, specifically the construction industry
- Tier 2 contractor experience is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience working to deadlines in a high-pressured environment
- Highly capable in InDesign and CC Libraries
