This successful construction company are well respected within the local Melbourne market. Their portfolio features major commercial, retail, educational, sport and industrial projects. 

Located in the inner suburbs, this mid-sized organisation is easily accessible by public transport.

The role: 

They are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly organised professional to autonomously coordinate end to end bids nationally. This is a demanding and fast-paced role, requiring an individual who can remain composed under pressure while effectively managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
  
  • Independently manage submissions and other outward proposals including EOIs, RFTs, capability statements, etc
  • Format, draft and review all proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistent with branding and quality standards
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing materials
  • Maintain databases and libraries
  • Interpret briefs and draft responses
  • Manage the template library
  • Engage key stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of templates, marketing material and collateral. 

You will have:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in bids, specifically the construction industry
  • Tier 2 contractor experience is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience working to deadlines in a high-pressured environment
  • Highly capable in InDesign and CC Libraries
