The Role as the BIM Lead, you will take ownership of BIM strategy and delivery across major building services projects, working closely with engineering, design, and digital teams. You’ll be a key driver of quality, consistency, and innovation across high-profile developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery for Building Services on major, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality controls across projects.
- Coordinate models across building services and other disciplines, ensuring seamless integration.
- Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and model audits.
- Act as the primary BIM point of contact for large project teams and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and support BIM and engineering team members, raising overall digital capability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM systems, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in a Tier 1 consultancy.
- Proven track record working on major projects (e.g. large commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, transport, or mixed-use developments).
- Strong hands-on expertise with Revit, Navisworks, and common data environments (e.g. ACC/BIM 360 or similar).
- Deep understanding of BIM execution plans, standards, and large-scale coordination.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across large project teams.
- Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple complex deliverables.
- Exposure to high-profile, technically challenging projects.
