The Role
- Lead BIM strategy and implementation across building services projects
- Manage and maintain BIM standards, workflows and model coordination processes
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services
- Support engineering teams with Revit modelling standards, templates and best practice
- Coordinate models with architects, structural engineers and contractors
- Manage federated models, clash detection and design coordination processes
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and Revit modellers
- Ensure BIM deliverables align with project requirements and client expectations
About You
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background within building services consulting
- Proven experience working within BIM environments on complex building projects
- Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM coordination across MEP services
- Previous exposure to Tier 1 or Tier 2 consultancy or contractor environments highly regarded
- Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows
- Strong understanding of building services design and documentation processes
- Ability to work across disciplines and lead coordination between teams
