A growing supplier of stormwater solutions to the civil infrastructure market is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Victoria.
Based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, this role will see you managing existing client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities with contractors, developers, engineering consultancies, councils and other key stakeholders.
About the Role
- Develop and grow new business opportunities across Victoria
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and councils
- Prospect upcoming projects and tender opportunities
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales
- Ideally experienced within civil infrastructure, stormwater, drainage, construction or related industries
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
- Organised, commercially minded and confident managing a sales pipeline
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
