What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of local experience in civil design – ideally covering land development, roads, drainage, and utilities
- Proficiency in Civil3D and Advanced Road Design (ARD) is essential
- A locally recognised civil engineering qualification (preferred)
- Strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients and authorities when required
- Located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs – avoid the CBD grind
