Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll partner with leaders and stakeholders across diverse teams to translate strategy into engaging, high-quality communications.

What you’ll be doing
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to understand priorities across the business and develop impactful, strategically aligned content
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, providing communications support across teams, practice areas and locations
- Identify and create compelling stories that reinforce brand positioning, purpose and values
- Lead and deliver award submissions and industry recognition initiatives
- Support strategic proposals with high-quality written content
- Manage and execute a communications calendar across owned channels, balancing multiple stakeholder needs
- Monitor communication performance and continuously refine approaches to maximise effectiveness
- Champion brand consistency and help internal teams understand and represent marketing objectives
- Contribute fresh ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement across marketing and communications
- High visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence at all levels

- B2B senior level Communications experience
- Strong storytelling capability, with the ability to identify and develop engaging content
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional writing, interviewing and content development ability
- Able to simplify complex information into clear, compelling messaging
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Relevant qualification in communications or a related field
- Proven experience delivering communications across internal, external and digital channels
- Experience in social media marketing
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics (desirable)
- Experience with WordPress and Adobe Suite (desirable)
