We are seeking an experienced Parking Officer to undertake proactive parking patrols and respond to community complaints across the municipality.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular parking patrols across the municipality
- Monitoring compliance with relevant road rules and legislation
- Issuing parking infringements and notices where required
- Responding to parking complaints and customer enquiries
- Accurately recording inspections and enforcement activity
- Engaging professionally with members of the community
- Previous Parking Officer, Local Laws or compliance experience within local government
- Knowledge of the Road Safety Act and Road Rules
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Confidence working independently in the field
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
