An established concrete structures contractor is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee the delivery of structural concrete packages across commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors and construction activities while ensuring safety, quality and programme objectives are achieved.

- Supervise daily site operations across structural concrete construction works
- Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning and concrete placement activities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site crews to achieve programme targets
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance onsite
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients throughout project delivery
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain productivity
Must Have
- Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor delivering structural concrete projects
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, steelfixing and post-tensioning works
- Experience delivering suspended slabs and structural packages up to five levels
- Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors onsite
- Strong understanding of construction safety, quality and programme management
- Relevant trade qualification or practical construction background
- Experience across commercial, industrial or multi-level building projects
- Exposure to concrete structures delivered for Tier 2, Tier 3 or specialist contractors
