An opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Engineer to join a highly regarded civil engineering design consultancy based in an inner suburbs location . This position will suit a Construction Engineer with solid local land subdivision delivery experience , who enjoys working closely with design teams, contractors and authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
- Oversee the construction delivery of land subdivision projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders on site
- Ensure compliance with MRWA , DAS , local authority and Australian standards
- Review designs for constructability and provide technical input during delivery
- Manage quality, safety, program and cost outcomes
- Liaise with councils, service authorities and approval bodies
- Support the broader project team to achieve successful client outcomes
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience delivering local land subdivision projects
- MRWA and DAS accredited (essential)
- Strong understanding of WA standards, specifications and approvals processes
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
